O Cadastro Positivo (Lei 12.414) é um banco de dados no qual são registrados os compromissos financeiros e de pagamentos relativos às operações de crédito e obrigações de pagamento liquidadas ou em andamento por pessoa física ou jurídica.
O Cadastro Positivo é administrado por empresas que gerenciam banco de dados de pessoas físicas e jurídicas, com histórico de dívidas adimplidas ou em andamento.
As informações sobre o histórico de pagamentos do consumidor são colhidas com empresas dos mais diversos segmentos que possuem parceria com os birôs de crédito.
Qualquer consumidor (pessoa física ou jurídica) pode participar do Cadastro Positivo. Basta se cadastrar junto aos birôs de informação de crédito, como Serasa Experian e Boa Vista Serviços.
Os Softwares EJSGESTOR já estão preparados para as interfaces (arquivos de reciprocidade) com estes dois birôs de informações de crédito.
