Brasília – O plenário da Câmara dos Deputados acaba de aprovar o texto-base do projeto 4330, que trata da regulamentação da terceirização no País.
Só PT, PCdoB e PSOL votaram contra a proposta que tramita há 11 anos no Congresso. O texto foi aprovado por 324 votos à favor, 137 contra e duas abstenções.
Os destaques de emenda serão apreciados só na próxima semana.
Após intensa negociação durante todo o dia com o governo, que temia perder arrecadação, o relator Arthur Maia (SD-BA) apresentou nesta noite um substitutivo ao projeto.
PT, PCdoB e PSOL fizeram obstrução, criticaram a ausência nas galerias de representantes das centrais sindicais, mas ficaram isolados em sua posição contra a proposta. Até o PDT votou à favor da matéria.
No final da sessão, os parlamentares contra o projeto abriram uma faixa de protesto no plenário. “Fim da CLT, ataque aos trabalhadores. Vote não”, dizia a mensagem.
